Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure a smooth and efficient refund process.

At Winter Yutami Motors, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free return process. For the majority of our new and unopened products, we are more than happy to accept returns within a 30-day period following delivery, ensuring you receive a complete refund.

Should the return be a result of an error on our part, such as delivering an incorrect or defective item, rest assured that we will take full responsibility for the cost of return shipping.

Please be advised that after dispatching your returned package, the entire process of refunding may take around four weeks. This estimated time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Occasionally, parcels are returned due to delivery issues. If this happens, you are responsible for any additional charges incurred for re-dispatching your order. We will contact you if your parcel is returned undelivered. You agree to cover these additional costs for the following reasons:
