Acceptable proof includes: photographs of damaged packaging, photographs of damaged product, and delivery confirmation. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to help@winteryutamimotors.com.
• NO CANCELLATIONS: Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. This is because special orders are manufactured specifically for you.
• LEAD TIME: Manufacturing and delivery times range from 14 to 60 days. This timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing processes, material availability, or shipping conditions.
