- Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure a smooth and efficient refund process.
For the majority of our new and unopened products, we are more than happy to accept returns within a 90-day period following delivery, ensuring you receive a complete refund.
Should the return be a result of an error on our part, such as delivering an incorrect or defective item, rest assured that we will take full responsibility for the cost of return shipping.
Please be advised that after dispatching your returned package, the entire process of refunding may take around four weeks. This estimated time frame includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)
- Processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days)
- Your bank's processing time for our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

Special Order Return Policy

Refunds will only be processed if you provide sufficient proof of damage that occurred during transit. To file a valid damage claim:

Claims submitted without proper documentation or after the 48-hour window will not be considered.
No Cancellations
Once your order for a special order item is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. Special orders are manufactured specifically for you, and production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Lead Time
Manufacturing and delivery times for special order items range from 14 to 60 days. This timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing processes, material availability, or shipping conditions.

By placing your order for a special order item, you explicitly agree to all terms and conditions stated in this policy. Please ensure you understand these terms before proceeding with your purchase.
