General Shipping Terms

1. Tracking and Communication

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and stay updated on the delivery status of their order.

In certain cases, such as large appliance products, LTL shipments, or high-value products, the courier may require additional communication or verification. In such instances, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate and coordinate communication with the courier. This may include, but is not limited to, making appointments for delivery.

2. Shipping Address

We will provide the shipping address to the courier exactly as it has been provided to us by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.

Any errors or omissions, such as typos or missing unit numbers, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

3. Undeliverable or Rejected Orders

If a product is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was rejected, and this is not due to any fault of ours, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total value of the order. This fee will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Special Order Shipping Policy

Extended Shipping Timeframes

Special order items require additional manufacturing time before shipping. Please expect extended shipping timeframes for these items, typically ranging from 14 to 60 days, depending on the product complexity and manufacturer specifications.

No Expedited Shipping Options

Due to the custom nature of special order items, expedited shipping is not available. All special orders will be shipped via standard shipping methods only once manufacturing is complete.

Direct Shipments

Some special order items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your specified delivery address. In these cases, tracking information will be provided by the manufacturer rather than Winter Yutami Motors.

Delivery Coordination for Large Items

Special order items that are oversized or require special handling will necessitate delivery coordination. The shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. It is critical that you respond promptly to avoid delivery delays.

Address Changes Not Permitted

Once a special order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your special order purchase.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding major holidays. All orders placed before 12 PM (noon) will be processed the same day and shipped out immediately. Orders placed after the 12 PM (noon) cutoff or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We're excited to offer free shipping on all orders! When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and our daily order cutoff.

After your order has been shipped, it will typically take 2-7 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that this transit time is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.

Delivery Method

Your order will be shipped via a trackable method. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email notification which will include the tracking number and carrier information. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
