DAMAGE CLAIMS: Refunds will only be processed if you provide proof of damage that occurred during transit. Acceptable proof includes: photographs of damaged packaging, photographs of damaged product, and delivery confirmation. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to help@winteryutamimotors.com.
